Since 1937, when the firm was founded by Mr. Guy Fer-
gason, Fergason Associates, Inc. (teamonefinancial.-
com) has been honing its skills as a confidential inter-
mediary, assisting professionals as well as domestic and foreign growth oriented corporations.

Until 1972, the firm devoted its recruiting and placement efforts exclusively toward the insurance industry.  How-
ever, beginning in the early '70s, our focus changed from that of a specialized industry orientation to a more
expansive intermediary and consulting role.

Recently, our consulting work led us to recommend an additional site to a major $1 billion plus annual sales
retailer expanding in the upper Midwest.  Real estate development has also been a field of focus in recent years.  We are currently assisting in the financial strength-
ening of a Chicago based organization by utilizing its valuable air rights/view rights asset.

As a result of maintaining offices in the heart of Chica-
go's financial district for many years, we became aware
of a need to offer a broader range of financially based services geared toward corporate entities, while simul-
taneously offering a different package of well crafted services in support of middle management and senior corporate candidates.  Professionals who we have rep-
resented over the years have made known their inter-
est in the firm's merger and acquisition program be-
cause of the entrée it offers to unique employment op-
portunities.  Involvement in the firm's "M&A" program has led to the placement of candidates in senior exec-
utive positions, as well as others receiving significant compensation for key, non-sensitive information which led to completed corporate buy/sell transactions.
